Noreen, a native of Dublin, Ireland, moved to the USA in 1989. (She) began her career in the community economic development field. She focused on affordable housing and small business lending which inspired her to search for a more active, face-to-face role with home buyers and sellers. She activated her long-held real estate license and joined a well-established Real Estate firm in Atlantic Beach, NC in 2014.

She activated her long-held real estate license and joined a well established Real Estate firm in Atlantic Beach, NC in 2014. 

She was awarded “rookie of the year” by the Crystal Coast Association of Realtors in 2015. She joined the Triangle MLS in 2018 after she moved to Raleigh and has been actively working with buyers and sellers since that time. Robbins and Associates, Realty has duel affiliation with TMLS and NCRMLS where Noreen continues to serve her many friends gathered over her 30 years living in Beaufort, Morehead City and Wilmington.

Noreen holds her SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and SPS (Strategic Pricing Specialist) designations. Noreen enjoys working with Sellers and Buyers equally.
